At DwyersAndCo.Com we aim to provide a returns policy that is easy free for you. This returns policy applies to full or partial returns. When you purchase online from DwyersAndCo.Com you have a statutory right to cancel your entire order up to 7 days after receiving your order: this is the cooling off period. In addition to this cooling off period, DwyersAndCo.Com offers a refund on items should you change your mind about any purchase made online within 28 days of despatch.

DwyersAndCo.Com can only accept returns purchased from this website. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return items purchased from other stores (online or physical stores).
Any item purchased from other stores (online or physical stores) will need to be returned to the store from which they were purchased. Please note DwyersAndCo.Com cannot accept responsibility for any items returned to us that were not purchased from this website.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment card or payment method: if you do not have the original payment card we can offer you a credit note to use online for next purchase.
Please allow up to 28 working days for refunds to be processed. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of our returns form to facilitate us to process the refund promptly.

United Kingdom Returns:
Please contact a member of DwyersAndCo.Com Customer Service Team at email@example.com. Please note that if you wish to return an item or exchange it, you are responsible for the cost of the carriage.
Damaged or you received the incorrect goods: If the goods were damaged or you received the incorrect goods, we will arrange a collection for your return through our delivery courier DHL...(it is our policy to not refund the cost of postage so please avail of our collection through DHL if you are unable to send the parcel back yourself).
DHL will contact you to arrange a time and date that suits you for the collection. You must complete the Returns Form and put it in with the item(s) being returned. You can request a Returns Form from firstname.lastname@example.org
If you, the consumer, decide to cancel an order or if you decide to return the goods because you have changed your mind once you receive the goods, it is your duty to return the goods to us, in their original packet. You must bear the cost of return or if you refuse to return them we will charge you for the direct cost of recovery to us at DwyersAndCo.Com.
We will only issue a replacement or refund once the original goods reach us at DwyersAndCo.Com We will examine the goods to ensure that they are not damaged by you.

Note: Any items that have been soiled and/or damaged by the consumer (including excessive odour of perfume/sprays or smoke) will not be refunded.

You, the consumer must take reasonable care to ensure that DwyersAndCo.Com receives the returned goods and that these goods are not damaged in transit. If goods returned to DwyersAndCo.Com are damaged, we may have a claim against you (the consumer) for breach of this statutory duty.
